Smart Resourcing International is inviting applications for the position of Tile & Marble Mason (Gulf Return) for one of a reputed client in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced masonry professionals with strong hands-on experience in tile and marble installation. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out high-quality tile and marble installation, finishing and repair work while maintaining required quality, accuracy and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Install ceramic tiles, marble and other flooring or wall finishing materials according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, repairing and ensuring proper alignment before tile or marble installation.
• Measure and mark surfaces accurately to ensure proper positioning, spacing and alignment of tiles and marble.
• Cut, shape and fit tiles and marble pieces according to required dimensions and patterns.
• Apply appropriate adhesives, cement mortar, grout and other materials for tile and marble installation.
• Install tiles and marble on floors, walls, stairs, bathrooms and other designated areas.
• Ensure proper level, alignment, spacing, pattern and finishing of installed tiles and marble.
• Carry out repair and replacement of damaged, cracked or loose tiles and marble surfaces.
• Perform grouting, polishing, sealing and finishing work as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishing and compliance with required standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle and store materials and tools.
• Follow all company procedures related to workplace safety, material handling and construction activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Tile & Marble Mason.
• Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return candidates are preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in tile and marble installation, repair and finishing.
• Good knowledge of different types of tiles, marble, adhesives, cement mortar and grouting materials.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, align and install tiles and marble according to required specifications.
• Experience in floor, wall, staircase, bathroom and other tile and marble installation works.
• Ability to perform proper grouting, polishing, sealing and finishing work.
• More than 65% ABC trade test score is required for the candidates.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe handling of construction materials and tools.
• Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction and masonry activities.

Working Conditions

• Work will be carried out in a professional construction and technical services environment in Dubai, UAE.
• Duty hours will be 8 hours per day as per company requirements.
• Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
• The position may require working on tile installation, marble installation, repair and finishing activities.
• Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and construction procedures.
