At Smart Resourcing International, our strength doesn’t lies with where we are located physically, but how well connected we are athwart countries, regions, industries, and talent pools.
Our head office is based in New Delhi, which operates as the central hub for all our operations. New Delhi is where most of our coordination, client communication, and candidate processing takes place. It’s where interviews are planned, documentation is handled, and deployments are finalized.
But if you glance at how we actually work, our presence goes far beyond a single office.
Over time, we’ve built a strong operational network that connects India to multiple Gulf countries — including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
And this network is what that allows us to dispense consistently, even when requirements change quickly.

OUR INDIA SOURCING NETWORK
India is where everything commences.
Candidates are sourced from different parts of the country — not just one city. We regularly source talent mainly from states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, North East and more.
Each region has its own strengths and uniqueness.
Some regions have abundance in strong healthcare professionals. Others have skilled technicians, engineers, or construction workers. Over the years, we’ve built connections in these regions through local references, past candidates, and ongoing hiring cycles.
So when a requirement comes in, we’re not starting from scratch.
We already have an idea of where to look for.
Our New Delhi office works as the coordination center, but our reach extends across multiple states through this network. It helps us move faster and find candidates who are actually the right fit — not just available.
