Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the assigned facility.
• Lead and monitor maintenance technicians and skilled workers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to operational requirements.
• Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure that all tasks meet required quality and safety standards.
• Monitor the condition and performance of building systems, equipment and maintenance facilities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repair activities for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance breakdowns and emergencies and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken promptly.
• Allocate manpower, tools, equipment and materials according to daily maintenance requirements.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdowns and completed work orders.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of maintenance tools, equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements and operational standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and communicate major technical issues and requirements to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management or a related technical field.
• Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return Indian candidates are preferred.
• Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or team-leading role is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of general building maintenance and facility systems.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance activities.
• Ability to supervise technical teams and effectively allocate daily maintenance tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding maintenance environment.

Working Conditions

• Work will be carried out in a professional facilities and maintenance environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
• Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
• The position may require responding to maintenance breakdowns, emergency situations and operational requirements.
• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating technical teams and ensuring smooth maintenance operations.
