Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the assigned facility.
- Lead and monitor maintenance technicians and skilled workers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to operational requirements.
- Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure that all tasks meet required quality and safety standards.
- Monitor the condition and performance of building systems, equipment and maintenance facilities.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and repair activities for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance breakdowns and emergencies and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken promptly.
- Allocate manpower, tools, equipment and materials according to daily maintenance requirements.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdowns and completed work orders.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of maintenance tools, equipment and spare parts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements and operational standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and communicate major technical issues and requirements to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management or a related technical field.
- Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return Indian candidates are preferred.
- Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or team-leading role is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of general building maintenance and facility systems.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance activities.
- Ability to supervise technical teams and effectively allocate daily maintenance tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding maintenance environment.
Working Conditions
- Work will be carried out in a professional facilities and maintenance environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
- Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
- The position may require responding to maintenance breakdowns, emergency situations and operational requirements.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating technical teams and ensuring smooth maintenance operations.
