. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Electrical Engineers with expertise in Switchgear Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance and Medium Voltage Systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead switchgear installation, testing and commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and replacement of Switchgear and Medium Voltage products.
- Execute service activities in accordance with company technical, commercial and HSE standards.
- Provide technical training to customers at project sites.
- Prepare service reports, inspection records and related documentation.
- Maintain service tools, testing equipment and ensure their operational readiness.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during and after project completion.
- Promote Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture at site.
- Implement emergency response procedures and ensure workplace safety compliance.
- Train new employees on company procedures, ethics and safety standards.
- Complete all technical and regulatory documentation accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Switchgear Installation, Testing and Commissioning.
- Experience with Protection Relays, Medium Voltage Systems, Control Panels and IEC 61850 / SCADA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related computer applications.
- Customer-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.

- High-risk working environment requiring strict adherence to HSE procedures.
