Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in the respective academic discipline.
• Provide academic leadership in curriculum design, programme development and continuous quality improvement.
• Conduct internationally recognized research and publish regularly in peer-reviewed journals with high impact factors.
• Supervise Ph.D., Master's and undergraduate research projects while mentoring students in academic and professional development.
• Lead externally funded research projects and collaborate with national and international research organizations.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies by integrating modern educational technologies and digital learning platforms.
• Participate actively in accreditation activities, curriculum reviews and institutional quality assurance initiatives.
• Guide junior faculty members in teaching, research, publication and professional development.
• Serve on university committees and contribute to strategic academic planning.
• Represent the university at international conferences, seminars, workshops and academic collaborations.
• Build strong partnerships with industry to enhance research, innovation and student employability.
• Promote academic excellence, ethical practices and a student-centered learning culture.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching, research and academic experience, including significant experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent.
• Outstanding publication record in reputed indexed national and international journals.
• Proven experience in supervising postgraduate and doctoral research scholars.
• Strong knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), accreditation standards and academic quality assurance.
• Experience in curriculum development, academic administration and institutional governance will be preferred.
• Ability to attract research grants, consultancy projects and industry collaborations.
• Excellent presentation, leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to academic integrity, innovation, diversity and continuous professional development.
