Production Engineer Opportunity – Steel Fabrication & Truck Body Manufacturing
Smart Resourcing International is inviting applications for Production Engineer positions for One of a Reputed Steel Fabrication & Truck Body Manufacturing Factory in Saudi Arabia.
The factory is a medium-scale fabrication and manufacturing facility specializing in steel fabrication and truck body manufacturing. Steel materials are purchased and then fabricated, welded, surface-treated, painted and assembled in-house.
Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication, production operations and truck body manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication and production operations.
- Experience in production planning and shop-floor supervision.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, surface preparation, surface treatment and painting coordination.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and convert them into production execution.
- Hands-on experience related to truck bodies and heavy steel fabrication.
- Candidates must have practical knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Fabrication & Manufacturing Scope
The factory fabricates and assembles truck bodies and various steel products using purchased steel materials. The manufacturing scope includes:
- Low Bed
- Flatbed
- Dump Boxes
- Cargo Bodies
- Water Tanks
- Vacuum Tanks
- Fuel & Storage Tanks
- Jetting & Bitumen Tanks
- Bulkers
- Mixers
- Containers
- Chassis
- Other custom-fabricated steel products as per operational requirements
Important Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, surface preparation and coordination with painting, directly related to the products mentioned above.
- Candidates should have practical experience in a fabrication-based factory environment.
- Candidates must clearly understand production operations involving heavy steel fabrication and truck body manufacturing.
- Candidates must be fully qualified and experienced for the requested Production Engineer position.
Important Employment Undertaking
Candidates must undertake not to request a transfer of sponsorship or services after signing the employment contract, arriving in Saudi Arabia and commencing work.
In the event of violation of this undertaking or leaving work without a legitimate reason, the worker shall bear all recruitment, travel and related costs and expenses in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Salary Determination Policy

- Salary will be finalized based on the factory's evaluation of the candidate.
- No negotiation, excuses or third-party interference regarding the salary will be accepted.
Salary & Working Conditions
- Salary: SAR 3,000 or SAR 3,500 as per factory evaluation
- Food Allowance: SAR 250
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Employment Location: Saudi Arabia
