This is an excellent opportunity for experienced plumbing professionals with strong hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining plumbing systems and ensuring efficient and reliable operation of water supply and drainage systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair water supply, drainage and plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems and related equipment.
- Inspect pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, pumps and other plumbing components to identify leaks, blockages and faults.
- Diagnose and repair water leaks, drainage problems, pipe blockages and other plumbing issues.
- Install and repair sanitary fixtures, wash basins, toilets, faucets, showers and other plumbing fixtures.
- Carry out pipe installation, replacement, cutting, threading, joining and fitting as required.
- Perform maintenance and repair work on water tanks, pumps, valves and associated plumbing equipment.
- Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and maintenance requests and complete assigned work within the required timeframe.
- Use appropriate plumbing tools, equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs and replaced components.
- Report major plumbing faults, equipment failures and safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of plumbing work areas, tools and equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Plumber.
- Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return Indian candidates are preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary and plumbing systems.
- Ability to identify plumbing faults, leaks, blockages and other system problems and carry out appropriate repairs.
- Experience in pipe cutting, threading, joining, fitting and replacement.
- Ability to install and repair various plumbing fixtures and fittings.
- Good knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment and safe working practices.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding maintenance environment.
Working Conditions
- Work will be carried out in a professional facilities and maintenance environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
- Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
- The position may require responding to plumbing breakdowns, emergency maintenance requests and operational requirements.
- Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and plumbing maintenance procedures.
