This is an excellent opportunity for experienced painting professionals with strong hands-on experience in surface preparation, painting and finishing work. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and finishing activities while maintaining proper workmanship, cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform painting and finishing work on walls, ceilings, doors, partitions and other assigned surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks and removing old or damaged paint before application.
- Apply primer, paint, coatings and finishing materials using brushes, rollers, spray equipment and other appropriate tools.
- Mix paints, primers and other coating materials according to required specifications and manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure proper colour matching, coverage, texture and finishing quality.
- Repair cracks, holes, peeling paint and other surface defects before painting.
- Carry out repainting and touch-up work as required during maintenance activities.
- Protect furniture, fixtures, flooring and other areas from paint splashes and damage during painting activities.
- Inspect completed painting work to ensure a smooth, clean and professional finish.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly clean and store painting tools and equipment after use.
- Follow all company procedures related to workplace safety, material handling and painting operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance team members to complete assigned painting and maintenance work efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Painter.
- Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return Indian candidates are preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in painting, surface preparation and finishing work.
- Good knowledge of different types of paints, primers, coatings and finishing materials.
- Ability to prepare and repair surfaces before applying paint.
- Experience in using brushes, rollers, spray equipment and other painting tools.
- Ability to achieve proper colour, texture, coverage and finishing quality.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe handling of paints and related materials.
- Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding painting and maintenance activities.
Working Conditions
- Work will be carried out in a professional facilities and maintenance environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
- Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
- The position may require working on civil maintenance, repainting, repair and finishing activities.
- Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and maintenance procedures.
