Important Requirement
- We require experienced Painters.
- Relevant hands-on painting experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling and priming before painting.
- Apply paint, primer, coatings and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, doors and other surfaces.
- Mix and match paints and coatings according to required colours and specifications.
- Carry out interior and exterior painting work as per project requirements.
- Use brushes, rollers, spray equipment and other painting tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure smooth, even and high-quality finishes on completed surfaces.
- Identify and repair cracks, holes, uneven surfaces and other imperfections before painting.
- Protect furniture, fixtures, floors and surrounding areas from paint and other materials.
- Inspect completed painting work and carry out necessary touch-ups and corrections.
- Follow all required workplace safety procedures and coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete assigned work efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience as a Painter is required.
- Strong hands-on painting experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of paints, primers, coatings and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to prepare and paint different types of surfaces accurately.
- Experience in using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Ability to achieve smooth and professional-quality finishes.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing painting activities.
Working Conditions
- Work will be carried out in a professional painting environment in Dubai, UAE.
- Duty hours will be 8 hours per day as per company requirements.
- The position involves interior and exterior painting activities.
- Work may require working at construction sites and project locations.
- Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and painting procedures.
