Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigeration-related faults in air conditioning systems.
• Inspect HVAC equipment, components, controls and electrical connections to identify potential problems.
• Carry out repair and replacement of defective HVAC components, motors, compressors, thermostats, belts, filters and other parts as required.
• Check refrigerant levels and perform refrigerant charging and leak detection when required.
• Clean and maintain air filters, coils, condensers, evaporators and other HVAC components.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure equipment operates within required technical parameters.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns and complete assigned work within the required timeframe.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs and replaced components.
• Follow all company procedures related to workplace safety, equipment handling and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance technicians to ensure smooth facility operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong practical knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC maintenance systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and components.
• Good understanding of electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems related to HVAC equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, testing equipment and safe maintenance practices.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding maintenance environment.
• Candidates must be willing to work 10 hours per day according to company requirements.

Working Conditions

• Work will be carried out in a professional facilities and maintenance environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
• Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
• The position may require working on maintenance breakdowns, emergency calls and operational requirements.
• Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and maintenance procedures.
