| Educational Qualification | Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering, Science or HSE discipline from a recognized institution authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue. |
| Professional / Technical Qualifications | Candidate must possess at least one of the following: - NEBOSH IGC or equivalent qualification approved by ADNOC Group.
- Any other HSE certification acceptable to ADNOC Group.

| Mandatory Certifications / Trainings | - Lead Auditor ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Incident Investigation Training / Certification.
- Additional HSE certifications and trainings will be considered an added advantage.

| Work Experience | - Minimum 12–15 years of HSE experience.
- Experience in Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a Lead HSE position managing HSE professionals.

| Skills & Competencies | - Strong understanding of HSE practices in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Ability to lead HSE Engineers, Senior HSE Officers and HSE Officers.
- Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and legislative requirements.
- Experience in HSE audit processes.
- Competency in SSOW, PTW, WMS and Risk Assessment.
- Ability to prepare HSE Plans and Emergency Response Plans.
- Knowledge of Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
- Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
- Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
