Important Requirement
- We require Helpers for general support and construction-related work.
- Relevant experience in construction, maintenance or general support work is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians, tradesmen and supervisors with daily work activities.
- Carry and move tools, equipment, materials and supplies to designated work areas.
- Assist skilled workers with installation, maintenance, repair and construction activities as required.
- Prepare work areas and ensure required materials and tools are available.
- Load, unload, arrange and store materials safely and properly.
- Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers during assigned tasks.
- Assist with basic manual work and other general duties as assigned.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow all required workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience as a Helper is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Ability to assist skilled workers and follow instructions properly.
- Basic understanding of workplace tools and equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to perform manual work and handle materials safely.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Good communication, teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Hardworking, disciplined and willing to work in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing general support activities.
Working Conditions
- Work will be carried out in a professional construction and project environment in Dubai, UAE.
- Duty hours will be 8 hours per day as per company requirements.
- The position involves general support, material handling and assistance to skilled workers.
- Work may require working at construction sites and project locations.
- Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and company procedures.
