Job Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair activities across the assigned facility.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, equipment and facilities as required.
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify faults, defects and maintenance requirements.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other general maintenance issues.
- Perform minor repair, replacement and adjustment work on equipment, fixtures and facility components.
- Use appropriate hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns and complete assigned work within the required timeframe.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of work areas, tools and equipment.
- Report major defects, equipment failures and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs carried out.
- Coordinate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth facility operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a General Technician or Maintenance Technician.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of general building and facility maintenance activities.
- Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other maintenance systems.
- Ability to identify maintenance faults and carry out appropriate repair and troubleshooting work.
- Good knowledge of commonly used maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities effectively.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe maintenance practices.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding maintenance environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work 10 hours per day according to company requirements.
Working Conditions
- Work will be carried out in a professional facilities and maintenance environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
- Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
- The position may require working on maintenance breakdowns, emergency calls and operational requirements.
