Smart Resourcing International is inviting applications for the position of Cladder (Gulf Return) for one of a reputed client in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced cladding professionals with strong hands-on experience in installation and finishing of building cladding systems. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out cladding installation, alignment, fixing and finishing work while maintaining required quality, accuracy and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Install building cladding panels and facade materials according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and inspect surfaces and supporting structures before starting cladding installation.
• Measure, mark and align cladding panels accurately to ensure proper positioning and finishing.
• Cut, shape and prepare cladding materials according to required dimensions and installation requirements.
• Install and securely fix cladding panels using appropriate brackets, fasteners, anchors and other fixing systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, level, spacing and joint finishing of installed cladding panels.
• Carry out repair, replacement and adjustment of damaged or incorrectly installed cladding components.
• Inspect completed cladding work to ensure proper quality, alignment and finishing.
• Use appropriate hand tools, power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow approved drawings, technical instructions and safety requirements during installation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle and store cladding materials, tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical team members to complete assigned cladding work efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Cladder or Cladding Installer.
• Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return candidates are preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in building cladding and facade installation works.
• Good knowledge of cladding materials, fixing systems, brackets, anchors and fasteners.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, align and install cladding panels according to required specifications.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and installation instructions.
• Experience in using hand tools, power tools and other cladding installation equipment.
• More than 65% ABC trade test score is required for the candidates.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction and cladding activities.

Working Conditions

• Work will be carried out in a professional construction and technical services environment in Dubai, UAE.
• Duty hours will be 8 hours per day as per company requirements.
• Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
• The position may require working on building facade, cladding installation, repair and finishing activities.
• Candidates must follow all applicable workplace health, safety and construction procedures.
