Smart Resourcing International is inviting applications for the position of Bus Driver (Heavy Licence) for one of a reputed client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced heavy vehicle drivers with strong driving skills and relevant Gulf experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for safely operating buses, transporting personnel as required and ensuring compliance with company and road safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses and heavy vehicles according to assigned routes, schedules and company requirements.
• Transport employees, personnel or other authorized passengers safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Check essential vehicle components including tyres, brakes, lights, engine, fluid levels and other safety equipment before operation.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, road safety regulations and company driving procedures.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for passengers during transportation.
• Report vehicle defects, mechanical problems, accidents or other incidents immediately to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned bus.
• Ensure timely transportation and follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain required vehicle documents, inspection records and other transportation-related records.
• Cooperate with the maintenance team to ensure timely servicing and repair of the vehicle.
• Follow all company policies related to safety, security, passenger transportation and vehicle operation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Bus Driver or Heavy Vehicle Driver.
• Gulf experience is required, and Gulf Return Indian candidates are preferred.
• Valid heavy vehicle driving licence appropriate for bus operation is required.
• Strong practical experience in operating buses and heavy vehicles safely.
• Good knowledge of road safety rules, traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to conduct basic vehicle safety checks and identify common vehicle defects.
• Good knowledge of assigned routes and ability to use navigation systems when required.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working for extended duty hours.

Working Conditions

• Work will be carried out in a professional transportation and operations environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Duty hours will be 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
• Overtime will be provided as per the company's internal policies.
• The position may require driving for extended periods and working according to assigned transportation schedules.
• Candidates must strictly follow all applicable road safety, vehicle safety and company procedures.
