Workshop Manager

Job Description

A. Should have experience handling Independently complete workshop activity including but not limited to complete piping and structural fabrication, Supervise machine shop. 

B. Should have knowledge of applicable codes and standards.

C. Should have Marine/Offshore/Oil&Gas Company experience and no other filed experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

A. Single point contact for complete fabrication facility
B. Providing quotes to Marsol estimation team for cost of fabrication for each activity
C. Monitor and provide status update on each fabrication / assembly activity
D. Responsible for HSE, LTI
E. Preparation of progress reports
F. Preparation and coordination with Local vendors / Purchase team for Material Receipt
G. Coordination with QA-QC team for each activity
H. Achieve highest quality for skid fabrications and continuously identify areas for improvement of productivity and quality and implement with Marsol team approval.
