Position - UC L1 Engineer (NTL)

L1 UC collaboration engineer will be the interface with users to solve problems related to Video Conference and IP Telephony end user devices (Cisco IPphones, Webex and MS teams). In addition is responsible to implement service requests and installation and configuration of Video Conference and IP telephony systems
