TS Systems Engineer

About your Job:

We are looking for a responsible IT TS Systems Engineer to Maintain and Support End User infrastructures such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, T&A (Time and Attendance) machines, telecommunication data /Voice lines for Outstation Offices. Responsible for day to day operations in the area of responsibility within SLAs and Project timelines.

Key accountabilities:
• Ensure that process and procedures are followed as per ITIL standards for IT Services and Support.
• Ensure provides Day to day operational support to End User IT equipment on the IT incidents and ITSR in a timely manner.
• Ensure that end-user equipment is secured and fully complaint across the organization.

• Coordinate with multiple IT vendors, SITA, Telecom and ISP vendors to fix the incidents on-time.

• Provide 2nd level support for Airline DCS applications.
• Asset and Inventory Management for all IT systems.
• Provide Telecom Services provisioning for outstation offices (PABX, MPLS, ADSL, Direct Lines)

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Preferred Certification Course in A+/CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/or MCP.
• A minimum 4 years of job-related experience required. Preferred knowledge on airline DCS applications such as Amadeus/Altea.
• Knowledge of IT End User devices like PCs, Laptops, Printers, IPads, IP Phones.
• Operating Systems – Microsoft 7 / 10,
• Data Communications – TCP/IP, IPX, VPN, CISCO
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Modems Servers, Routers, switches, fibre, copper etc.
