Urgent opening for Technical CoE Lead- GIS System Integration Location  Hyderabad 

Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical

Experience Required:- 13-17 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in Architecture roles Solution delivery: Help Project/ Delivery Manager in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same, Lead delivery in select instances and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery. Knowledge management, capability building and training, Build a practice of engineers and architects for the respective technical domain. Handle interviews to attract external talent for the role of Solution Architect/ Team Lead. Pre-sales & solutioning support, Participate in the pre-sales process, contribute to the creation of effective proposals for large, complex systems. Lead team of engineers to convert architecture and design into PoC (Proof of Concept). Design, architect, and lead development of focused IP/ accelerators relevant to the CoE.
