Sr. Hardware Engineer

Hiring for Sr. Hardware Engineer for Mumbai Location

Skill sets:
-Solid experience with microcontroller and microprocessor-based board designs, including memory and storage devices. Experience with ARM - Cortex A series based CPU designs preferred
-Ability to design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics (mentor graphics expedition preferred), BOM generation/scrubbing and detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope under general supervision
-Experience with derating analysis, FMEA and reliability engineering for electronic hardware
-Experience with EMI/EMC testing
-Experience with high-speed interfaces like USB, ethernet
-Experience with ADC, audio/video controller, and dc-dc converter based circuit boards
-Ability to perform basic engineering analysis and troubleshoot a variety of moderately complex electrical problems
-Experience with lab tools like DSO/MSO, bus analyzers, function generators, and Safety testers for hardware development
-Ability to work efficiently as a team member and deliver results

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
-Minimum 8+ years of experience in developing electronic hardware for regulated industries like medical, automotive, and aerospace
-Experience in working with mechanical, software, and other cross-functional teams like Sourcing and Supplier Quality
-Readiness for domestic travel for short term to co-ordinate with manufacturing centers
