Job Description 
Experience Required- (7 to 8 Years in Fabrication Industry)

1) Material / Services Sourcing, Category management, Contracting support, Transaction Processing, Vendor
Creation, Supplier onboarding on ERP, Tactical Buy, Strategic Sourcing, issuing Request for Information (RFI),
Request for proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), etc. Contract Lifecycle Management, Risk management,
Contract drafting Redlining, Invoice processing, StaTEment Reconciliation, Payment processing, etc.
2. Procurement of Raw Materials such as Angles/Channels.Beams, Plates of MS /SS, and other metallurgy from
Authorized Distributors and Mills such as SAIL, JSPL, Tata Steel, Bhushan Steel
3. Responsible for completing Procure to Pay cycle. Should have exposure to the Heavy fabrication industry.
3) Driving sourcing savings through negotiation and Implementing appropriate contracting strategy Resolution
and support for making timely payments to the Vendors.
4) Issuance of amendment and Variation orders required by the project as per the contract framework. The supported
amicable settlement with vendors towards Legal proceedings etc.
5) Procurement of all kinds of material, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Levels of Critical & Fast Moving Items,
Maintaining all Procurement Documents.
6) Reconciliation vendor Statement with ERP System & Manual. Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price
Variance. Purchase related all responsibility - New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO
releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc.
7) Material Management: - Planning for daily consumables, Material for next one month, billing status, making
the Comparative statement.
8) Ensure the quality & quantity of material purchase at site. Creating different reports as required by
Management. Negotiating with the vendors for Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms.
9) Expediting with vendors as well as our Internal Departments. Budgeting, Monthly Budget is prepared as per
the Requirement of Project (At Site).
10) Capex items including the Long Lead items such as Tank, Vessel, Column, TMT, Plates, Structure, Pump,
Agitator, Pipes, Valves, HT & LT Panels, Bus Bar, Refractory, Flanges, Fittings, Gasket, Welding Wire/Rods,
ERW PIPE, Flanges SA105, SS304/SS316L RM, EOT Crane, Office Furniture, Paint, Hardware etc.
