Qualifications:
High School / Diploma / Vocational or related field and/or equivalent experience
With excellent organizational skills
Good English communication
Age between 25-35 years old
Work Scope / Job Responsibilities:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Reading, monitoring and responding to company emails.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
Organizing events and conferences.
Reminding important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Taking action points and writing minutes, taking dictation and preparing papers for meetings.
Perform other special tasks as assigned / instructed.
