Scafolding Supervisor I

Daily Operations
. Supervise the scaffolding operations as directed by Field Superintendent or General Supervisor, in order to execute the job requirement in a safe manner.Lead the team of scaffolders in the preparation of all scaffold material, tools, safety harness requirement for aparticular job Ensure safe Erection of Scaffold to standard requirements standard requirements. Prepare required scaffold tags in accordance
Ensure safe dismantling of Scaffold upon completion of all work, job walk through and punch list/rectification and as directed by General Supervisor

Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned team to support their overall development.
Also provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate
achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with
operating procedures and policy.
Budgeting
. Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried
out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures  Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant
procedural/ legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous lmprovement
. Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems,and ctices tm and cost reduction.

Education - Trade Certification
 ARAMCO Certification for Scaffolding Supervisor
Minimum Experience:
 More than 8 years' experience as scaffolder and scaffolding supervisor in an oil and gas industry
