Salesforce Admin (contract)_Location Noida

We are looking for experienced Salesforce.com Admin (with at least 5 + years of total experience

out of which minimum 2 years should be in Salesforce.com technology) who have strong techno-

functional competencies with a wide variety of project/product development experiences in the

Salesforce.com modules.

Innovate ,Identify the right road map for the SFDC usage and value proposition

in the organization.

Individuals must have a proven track record of solution delivery, scoping, leadership abilities, and change management experience in the CRM space.

Act as an SFDC product manager and own end-to-end delivery on SF for the business teams on demand. 

Should have extensive experience of implementing SFDC for a business end to end from lead to churn.

Must have proven experience of driving adoption of SFDC across the org and creating cross-functional visibility to drive SFDC culture in the organization. 

Functional Experience Requirements

Extensive implementation experience and domain knowledge in multiple CRM

subject areas like Lead Management, Account & Contact Management, Activity

management, Opportunity, and Pipeline management

Experience in conducting business requirement & prototyping workshops with

Business users to support tailoring of Salesforce.com applications

Excellent knowledge of Salesforce APIs

Technical Skill Requirements

Must be well versed with the Salesforce.com overall platform architecture, related

integration aspects, overall design methodologies, principles & processes

Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com Lightning

technology. Must have a good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture &

landscape.

Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired

end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.

Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills. Should be able to manage various stakeholders in.
