Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Tele Sales executive should dial at least 120 calls a day with a minimum 200 mins of talk time.
Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient’s requirement, assess the same and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided to them from various online and offline channels like F Facebook,Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc (No Cold Calling).
• Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
• Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch in a consultative manner
• Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy where ever required onthe call.
• Should have good listening skills
Eligibility:
- Telesales experience of 18 month or more (at one organisation)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Multiple Languages will be an add on benefit.
- Monday to Saturday Working and Sunday fixed off
