Sales Executive
Job Description:
• Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walk-
ins in the Office, Etc.
• Following Up on Client Leads for Sale of Properties.
• Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customer’s Needs.
• Be An Expert on Issues of Real Estate Industry, Prices, Competitors, Market Conditions Etc.
• Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients.
• Contribute to the Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues.
• Maintain Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards.
• Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results
• Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful
Experience
Requirement:
• Any Graduate - Any Specification or 12th Pass with Experience.
• 1 to 2 Years of Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role.
• Real Estate Industry Knowledge or Relevant Experience.
• Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written).
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
