Rope Technical Supervisor

Location:  Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: 2,000 – 5,000 SAR
Experience Required: 3–5 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Technical Supervisor to oversee and manage the entire rope manufacturing process—from raw material extrusion to the final finished product. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in rope production, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in quality control and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the end-to-end rope production process, including raw material selection, extrusion, twisting, and finishing.

Ensure strict adherence to industry standards and company quality benchmarks.

Monitor production operations to maintain optimal efficiency and minimize waste.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at each stage of the manufacturing cycle.

Provide technical guidance and training to machine operators and production staff.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machines and equipment are functioning properly.

Analyze production data and recommend improvements to increase productivity and product durability.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in rope manufacturing or related polymer extrusion industries.

In-depth knowledge of rope production techniques, raw materials (synthetic & natural fibers), and extrusion processes.

Strong understanding of quality control systems, testing standards, and product certifications.

Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and organizational abilities.
