Quantity Surveyors

Qualification Required : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 

Experience  Required   :  5 years of experience  Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
 Prepare and Analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor,equipment and time.
 Prepare Bill of Quantities and tender Documentation.
 Preparing of Precise Detailed information for Contractor Activities
 Finalizing of Measurement details with Client QS
 Maintaining of Project Progress database
 Administer Conditions of Contracts
 Cash Flow Forecasting
 Dealing with Subcontractor Payment
 Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
 Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages of the construction.
 Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
 Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
 Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
 Advise on a procurement strategy.
 Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
 Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
 Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
 Fluent in English language.
Skills:
Must have strong work ethics.
Must be well organized and a self-starter.
 Must be able to follow standard filing procedure.
 Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
 Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
 Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
 Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
 Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
 Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
 Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume
environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
