Megger - Torkel84O (Battery Load Kit).
lnsulation Resistance Tester -1550C (Fluke), MlT520, BM 11 (Megger)
Fluke - Earth lmpedance Tester.
Fluke - Calibrator, Clamp Meter, Multimeter.
AEL - Hi-pot test kit (0-100KV).
DET3TC Megger- Ground resistance tester.
To perform his job well, he is expected to have a working knowledge on the following - APl, ASTM, ASME, lSA, lEC,
ANSI, NACE, NEC, NEMA, BSI, I50-9001-2008, NFPA, PIP, SAES, SAMSS

Daily Operations
o Review and analyze all lTPs, QCP, Method Statement and MaterialApproval in orderto prepare the inspection
plan, including a checklist of inspection points.
. Carry out inspections during the construction of project in order to ensure compliance of works and
installations with drawings, specifications, quality, and other applicable standards
. Schedule, coordinate and monitor the calibration of all measuring devices, instrument, equipment and system
in order to ensure standards are met.
. Assist in the handling of non-conformities in order to support in their resolution following an inspection.
r lmplement safety & QMS Procedures in order to ensu re that the E &l activities are in compliance with company
standards and completion.
