Production Supervisor

Qualification Required:- Diploma in relevant field

Experience Required:- 3-5 years of experience in Oversee the production process of PP woven bags, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Monitor production to ensure it meets established standards and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process of PP woven bags, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Monitor production to ensure it meets established standards and deadlines.

• Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to

• production schedules.

• Conduct training sessions for staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and machinery

• handling.

• Quality Control:

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to enforce quality standards.

• Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize impact on production.

• Process Optimization:

• Recommend improvements in production processes and equipment usage to increase efficiency and

• reduce costs.

•  

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize workflow.

• Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials

• and supplies.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent production interruptions.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety guidelines and regulatory compliance on the production floor to ensure a safe working

• environment.

• Conduct regular safety audits and participate in safety training.

• Problem-Solving:

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Facilitate communication between shifts and departments to ensure continuity and efficiency.

• Reporting:

• Generate and submit reports on production performance, including volume, quality, and staffing

• issues, to upper management.

• Use data analysis to drive decisions and improvements in production processes.

Salary : 2000-5000 SAR
