Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of WPC co-extrusion products, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to production schedules. This role involves managing machine operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and leading a team to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
        •       Supervise daily operations of WPC co-extrusion machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
        •       Monitor machine settings, raw material feeding, and product quality to meet specifications.
        •       Lead and train operators in machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
        •       Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process-related issues to minimize downtime.
        •       Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
        •       Coordinate with quality control teams to inspect and maintain product standards.
        •       Manage production schedules, inventory, and material usage for optimal efficiency.
        •       Maintain production logs and report performance metrics to management.

Requirements:
        •       Experience in WPC co-extrusion or plastic extrusion manufacturing.
        •       Knowledge of co-extrusion technology, die head operations, and material compositions.
        •       Strong leadership and team management skills.
        •       Problem-solving abilities related to mechanical or process-related issues.
        •       Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards in manufacturing.
