Process Design Engineer for Sewage Treatment plant

Job description:
The Process Engineer must have relevant degree from recognized university and must have
thorough knowledge and work experience in the process design within the sewage treatment
plant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Prepare preliminary/detail, relevant documents and drawings for water and
sewage water Projects (sea water R.O, Grey water, extended aeration, SBR,
MBR&MBBR etc) including preliminary/detail Process design calculations,
preliminary/detail hydraulic design calculations, chemical handling systems
calculations, mass Balance calculations, equipment specifications and data
sheets, process description, process flow diagrams, P&Id and control Philosophy,
etc
 Preparing of the general layout drawings from process, maintenance perspective.
 Communication with suppliers and Provide project cost estimations.
 Coordination/review of preliminary/final design documents, proposals and vendor
submittals and making Financial and technical evaluation.
 Visit sites to supervise existing plants and prepare site visit reports, technical
evaluation reports and Troubleshooting of existing processes to evaluate the
efficiency of the plant.
 Study and analyze the project parameters to find permanent solution for repeated
problems.
 Review 3-D model (PDS, PDMS, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks Freedom)
 Familiar with ASTM, ASME, API, ARAMCO, SABIC, standards.
 Coordinates with Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineers
 Provides site specific solutions to matters arising during construction
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in process engineering.
 8 years of experience as a design Process Engineer for Sewage Treatment plant.
 Strong knowledge and experience in testing and commissioning.
 Ready to join immediately.
 Location: Riyadh city.
 Iqama must be Transferable.
Specific job & Skill: Relevant international sewage water treatment codes, CAD
and design software.
Management ability: must be able to coordinate with various department.
 Language: English, Arabic is an advantage.
