Planning & Estimation Engineer

Tendering
o Studies and reviews thoroughly the Bid Package issued by Client
. Participates in Proposal Kick-off /Classification Meetings
o Develops technical and commercial proposal in accordance with project requirement, market scenario and
commercial judgment.
r Conducts commercial and contractual negotiation with client
Planning
o Develops project execution schedule in tendering phase
. Assists project management team in developing project schedule durinS execution
o Supervises project planning and scheduling team.
Cost Control
o Assists project management team in implementing effective budget control
o Supervises project control engineers.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
. Manage and ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned

sectional activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-
effective service.

Continuous improvement
 Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability.

Minimum Qualifi cations:
. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Related Engineering Discipline, PMI Certification.
Minimum Experience:
. More than 15 years of experience preferably in offshore or oil & gas projects
 10 years of supervisory experience in managing a team of engineer
Job-Specific Skills:
 Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards
. Resource loaded schedule in Primavera
 Knowledge on over-all market pricing
. Estimation

Generic Skills:
 Effective Communication Skills in English. Knowledge in Arabic Language is an advantage
. Presentation Skills
 Computer Proficiency
