• Job Description 

• To achieve monthly patient enrolment & conversion targets that are communicated
  from time to time
   Communicate with patients on call, message or emails
   To assess patient’s eligibility foR program
   To counsel patients about benefits of  programs and ensure smooth
   onboarding
   Be the custodian of the patient onboarded and ensure smooth patient journey till end
   of the program
   To keep all the lead & patient status updated at all times - Google doc tracker / CRM
   Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time

• Language Preferred - Hindi and English and Gujarati

• Full time employment/Contractual - Permanent

• Job Type - Work from location

• Job Shift - Day Shift

• CTC - Negotiable if he is a right candidate
