Qualification :- Minimum Graduate/ Masters

Experience :- 2 years minimum relevant as patient care counsellor

Job Description

To achieve monthly patient enrolment targets that are communicated from time to

time

To visit the designated hospital every day and meet/greet Doctor and generate patient

leads

To give presentations to patients on the app and resolve all enrolment

queries

To enter patient leads generated from the field and to fill the activities carried out in

the daily field reposting sheet - Google doc tracker / CRM

To project an appropriate image of the company in the designated Hospital and

Patients

To inform all activities happening in the hospital such as competitor activities and

market feedback to Patient Care Manager

To take Sales Head and Patient Care Manager to all A class doctors and hospital

stakeholders for relationship building routinely.

Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time

To generate patient leads on own inside the hospital premises

Involve with Marketing Team of Hospital and present applications

information to patients and doctors

Work with the marketing team to support the hospital with co-branded

Standees, Videos, Flyers, etc. to improve patient enrolments

To follow up with past patient leads on phone for conversions and enrolments.

Job Location:- Work from Home

Patient Care Counsellor  Job Responsibilities.

We will assign you one hospital and they will be in charge of that hospital we are tied up with. You need to coordinate with doctors to get the information about who all are getting discharged.

Once you get the information, they need to go to that particular patient and explain about the care plan program we are having training will given to you about what to explain

Counseling has to done by PCC so that they will enroll this program. Basically its a sales role, but you will be getting fixed salary.

In our business, Revenue comes on a per patient basis. If we serve more patient, we will get more business.

Mainly we are looking for

Good Communication Skills n Convincing skills.

Capable of building relationship and smart enough to handle all the doctors. 

Right Candidate to counsel the patients to sell our product(care plan).Smart skills to handle multiple things.
