Job Responsibilities for Packer 

Primary responsibility: 

· Cleaning, operation & trouble shooting of labelling machine. 

· Cleaning, operation & trouble shooting of carton packaging machine. 

· Handling of printed labels, cartons, pallets, leaflets. 

· Primary and packaging material handling. 

· Handling of transfer finished product to warehouse. 

· Cleaning and operation of visual inspection hood. 

· Monitoring of temperature and RH. 

· Status label handling in the area. 

· Area cleaning by scheduled disinfectant. 

· Maintaining the area for audits. 

· Maintains logbook in related areas and completes all required paperwork/documents to comply with SOP. 

· Complies with all policies and procedures related to personal safety and job area safety. 

· Maintaining productivity , yields and documentation on time. 

· Reports variance or deviations from standard procedures to immediate supervisor or department manager. 

Secondary Job Responsibilities: 

· Cleaning and related document works in all clean room areas and other processing area in Medisal pharmaceuticals but not limited to. 

· Performing Leak test. 

· Performing autoclave area related activities, operation, receiving and arranging of bottles in trolley. 

· Performing visual inspection area related activities. 

· Performing various duties in instances of staff shortages. 

· Do some other tasks assign by the Manager.
