Job Title: Estimation Engineer
Reports to: Planning and Estimation Superintendent
Division: Engineering & Construction
Department: Project Control

To prepare a reliable and realistic cost calculation based on company standards to ensure that the company shall win
the contract in the bidding stage and earn profitably.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cost Calculation and Summary
? Prepare cost calculation and summary by checking the project requirement and scope of works and
estimating cost of labor and materials based on the tender documents, pricing, project specification to
complete the quotation requested by the client.
? Prepare works to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; and by setting priorities.
Cost Revision
? Revise cost calculation and summary by checking new market prices to ensure accuracy of quotation.
? Evaluate offers to purchase by doing cost changes, additions, and site requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education – College Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience:
? Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Estimation Engineer in oil and gas industry.
