Manager IT Application development

Job Descrition

Responsible for low level solution designing in collaboration with all internal and partner
development team.
 Review effort estimations based on industry standard practices such as parametric
estimation, t-shirt sizing etc.
 Manage end to end all bespoke application development on multiple tech stacks such as
PHP, Outsystems, SQL Server etc.
 Create dev-sec-ops practice within the application development team, establish standards
and guideline principles for managing auto deployments through continuous integration
and continuous deployment pipelines.
 Hands on support for new application development and troubleshooting critical production
failure.
 Project Management of end-to-end implementation of bespoke and Of-the-shelf systems.
 Introduce Agile and Iterative development practice within the IT team.
 Create enterprise architecture for UCIC and subsidiaries based on optimization of tech
stack and business value.
 Manage generative AI solutions and productivity improvement solutions based on RPA
from conceptualization to implementation.
 Implement headless architecture and API first solutions. Rearchitect the existing solutions
into loosely coupled solutions and implement containerization for scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. EDUCATION: MCA or equivalent.
2. EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of experience as a full stack developer and solutions architect on multiple
client and server side technologies. Expertise in independently leading outsourced partners from
conceptualization to implementation of IT solutions based on contemporary software development practice.
Thought leadership in identifying the best fit technology stack to optimize business outcome and minimize
total cost of ownership. Excellent written and Oral communication.
3. CERTIFICATIONS: Professional certifications on .Net, PHP, Outsystems, Dev-Ops practice, Solution
Architecture.

Salary- 30000 SAR (Negotiable)
