Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or related field

Minimum of 7 to 12 years experience in the same or related industry field.

Job Details

Develop and adhere to detailed project plans, including Tender Schedules and Baseline Schedules, to ensure efficient construction timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Regularly monitor the progress of various ongoing company projects, promptly addressing any delays or deviations from established timelines and milestones

Prepare, submit, and obtain approval for Extension of Time (EOT) requests in a timely manner for any project delays.

Demonstrate strong Contract Administration skills by clearly explaining the contractual basis of entitlement in EOT submissions.

Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, for ongoing company projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Oversee planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project controls methodologies, influencing complex requirements and effectively communicating analysis and corrective measures.

Proficient in drafting Contractual Letters related to scheduling and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.

Requirements:

Good Experience with Primavera (P6), EOT, Progress reports, MS Office Suite, Word and Excel and PPT.
