Job Description

HSE Training Supervisor HSE Training Supervisor, reporting to the Project HSE Manager, who will be representative to ensure the appropriate HSE related trainings are conducted during Project execution phases.

The following are the major responsibilities of the HSE Training Supervisor:

• To identify contractual and legal requirements of HSE training
• Develop and update HSE training matrix and schedule on regularly basis.
• Identify the safety and craft training needs across the project scope.
•  Develop the training modules and procedures.
• Ensure all employees, vendors and visitors have been oriented prior to report at site.
•  Conduct periodic training survey and assess the effectiveness of HSE training.
• Prior to beginning work, the Fisia/AWS will review the qualifications of the contractor's on-site safety staff, including years of relevant safety work. 
• Experience, academic education and degree(s), formal safety training and internationally recognized safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, Train to trian,NSC).
• If requested by the Fisia/AWS, the contractor's safety staff shall also take and pass a written examination and/or interview.
• Salary-2000-4000 SAR/AED
