Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications via an applicant tracking system
Scheduling interviews for panel members, coordinating with the candidate, and interview
Ensure great candidate experience from start to end of the recruiting process
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to work with team members across functions
and with Directors to address all types of recruiting issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties and interests Create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement, talent retention
