HR ASSISTANTÂ
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR ASSISTANT
- Assist Human Resource Manager.
- Ensure to keep JD and KPI ready for all departments aligned with company objectives and to maintain track of it.
· Ensure to provide quality manpower based on requirement adhering to approved manpower budget.
· Maintain housekeeping on track as per SOP adhering to audit requirements.
· Create maintain and update all HR related policies and procedures.
· SOP to be created, maintained and updated for HR process.
· Employee induction program.
· Employee performance is to be measured against the KPI and to avoid bias in rating.
· Job evaluation to be done on yearly basis to optimum utilization the available manpower.
· Identify training needs and arrange for in-house training to make it cost effective.
· To ensure smooth exit of relieving employees.
· Identify key positions and ensure to have succession planning for critical roles.
· To create benchmark salary for all grades and ensures to maintain the salary range for all positions.
· Routine operations of HR are processed smoothly.
· Prepare HR budget.
· Employee engagement activates.
· Handling visa renewal appraisal.
· Managing the rewards and recognition, accolades.
· Ensuring housekeeping activities as per SOP and adherence to procedure.
· Handling employee grievances and making sure that suitable resolution is provided.
· Monitoring the transport arrangements, staff accommodation and coordinating with auditors.
· Supporting and participation in the execution of the product recall activities - Minimum qualification – Bachelors in HR administration or equivalent degree with 1-2 years of work experience
