Job Description

Qualification
 Educational level: Bachelor degree or above
 Language requirements: fluent in listening, speaking,
reading and writing in business and contract English

Experience
 Professional background: Engineering
 Working experience: more than 15 years, at least 10
years of GCC/KSA project development experience,
and those with project performance experience are
preferred
Work history requirements:
1) Work experience in GCC countries
2) Served as a full-time position in the marketing
department of an overseas institution (in charge of
work) or GCC regional project chief engineer or
business contract manager
3) Have experience in successful development of projects
in the GCC/KSA region and play a major role
4) Familiar with government procurement, PPP model,
EPC bidding work content and organizational model
under SPV
5) Familiar with internationally renowned design institutes,
possessing a rich network of contacts, and
understanding of contract terms during the project
development and performance stages
 Personal requirements:
1) With knowledge of EPC and engineering work cost
estimation and pricing method
2) Good health and no bad habits
3) Affinity, optimism, and strong ability to withstand stress
4) Strong language expression ability
