F&G Technician

Work Scope / Job Responsibilities:

 Checking, Maintenance and Calibration of following equipment’s but not limited to, in all domestic and industrial
premises:
a. H2S Detectors
b. Hydrocarbon detectors (Including open path detectors)
c. UVIR Flame detectors
d. Fire & Smoke Detectors
e. Manual Call Points
f. Field warning system
g. F & amp;G Plant wide wiring / JBs
h. F & amp;G cabinets and peripherals.
i. F& amp;G detection and extinguishing System related to EDG / GAS Turbine systems
j. Building fire detection system (Fire detection panels, alarms, beacons, detection switches, smoke / heat
detectors, associated cables, mode selection switches, etc.)
k. CO2, FM200, Inergen gas suppression systems (including detectors, regulators, solenoids, and all peripherals,
piping and control panels etc.)
l. Refilling & Hydro-testing of CO2, FM200, Inergen Gas Cylinders.
 Loading/ unloading the equipment’s
 Proper housekeeping at the site.
 Must be conversant with the Quality/HSE systems & Procedures
Perform other special tasks as assigned / instructed by the Dept. in charge and Division Manager.
