The F&B Supervisor will be responsible overseeing the F&B team to
ensure food and beverages are served in an efficient and professional
manner whilst adhering to the customer service and hygiene standards.
They will have well developed social skills, to be able to handle all type of
people and situation and to have high level of versatility and flexibility to
meet the many varies needs and expectations of customers.
Main Duties
1- Execute outlet operations including food and beverage promotions,customer service and inventories.
2- Ensure POS and cash handling procedures are followed as percompany policy.
3- Review monthly financial performance update i.e. sales v/s budget,item category breakdown etc.
4- Lead the front of the house employees in training the following:restaurant standards such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic services,food preparation service and customer service.
5- Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu service consistency.
6- Conduct inventory for par levels of food and beverages. Assist in establishing methods for inventory control and adhere to purchasing procedures.
7- Provide direct hands-on approach at all times to deliver quality,prompt food service as needed on busy meal periods.
Qualifications • High School Qualification
• Minimum 3 years Food and Beverage Service experience with 5 star hotel/Lounges
• A hospitality and/or food and beverage certificate/diploma/degree will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language
(Arabic in addition is preferred).
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery
