F&B Host/Hostess

Job Description:-

Basic Description of Role:-
Greeting customers, reservations
Skills Requirement:-
Knowledge of sequence of service, experience in 5-star hotel or fine dining environment

Scope and general purpose The F&B Host/Hostess will be responsible for the food and beverage
services of all premium passengers in all parts of the HIA lounges.
Ensuring customer satisfaction, being a team player with a positive outlook
and a keen eye for details is a must.
They will have well developed social skills, to be able to handle all type of
people and situation and to have high level of versatility and flexibility to
meet the many varies needs and expectations of customers.

Main Duties

1- Demonstrate an understanding of beverage service including
service of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages to
assist customers
2- Demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant service, taking
food orders, explaining menus and culinary offer.
3- Understand and demonstrate the importance of upholding the
highest personal and professional standard and to have positive and
passionate attitude towards customers and the brand
4- Anticipate the needs and to note and record all special request, like
and dislikes of all passengers and to ensure they are carried through
5- Report problems arising and potential situation that may lead and
employees to senior management
Qualifications • High School Qualification

• Minimum 2-3 years Food and Beverage Service experience with
5star hotel/Lounges
• Well trained with Food and Beverage Service techniques with
experience in reputed hotels/restaurants
• A hospitality and/or food and beverage certificate/diploma/degree
will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery

Mandatory Qualifications  :-High School Qualification 

 Language Requirement:-  Intermediate English
