Electronics Engineer

Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering,

Experience Required:- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics or PP woven bags production. Solid experience in the maintenance, design, and optimization of electrical and electronic systems in a manufacturing context, specifically within the plastics industry.

. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems in plastics and PP woven bag manufacturing equipment, such as extruders, weaving machines, and printing machines, to ensure minimal downtime.

Customized System Design and Optimization:

• Design, install, and optimize electrical and electronic systems tailored to enhance the efficiency and output of plastics and PP woven bags production processes.

• Integrate advanced automation and control systems specific to plastics manufacturing to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance practices comply with national safety standards and industry-specific regulations. Implement safety protocols for handling high-power and automation equipment in the plastics manufacturing environment.

Project Management and Innovation:

• Lead projects to upgrade electrical and electronic systems, focusing on innovations that reduce energy consumption and enhance production capabilities in the plastics and PP woven bags industry. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring project objectives align with factory goals.

• System Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic systems, identifying opportunities for improvements in energy efficiency and cost reductions. Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, system upgrades, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Salary Offered: 2000-5000 SAR
