Job Responsibilities of Electrical/Mechanical Engineer 

Engineering & Maintenance 

· Responsible for overall engineering department activities and HSE for the site. 

· Responsible for maintaining the facility in good condition through regular daily/weekly/monthly/yearly checkups as per cGMP requirement. 

· To prepare a validation master schedule for the year and execution of the schedule. 

· To prepare a calibration master plan for the year and execution of the schedule. 

· Responsible for preparing/review of the validation protocols related to engineering operations. 

· Responsible for monitoring all the utilities on site. 

· Responsible for preparing, reviewing/approval of SOPs related to engineering and HSE. 

· Responsible for training the team for engineering and all the employees for HSE procedures. 

· To coordinate with service providers on outsource basis for any activities related to engineering or HSE 

· Responsible for maintenance of HVAC, Boiler and storage tanks for utilities. 

· Prepare and review of URS for engineering and all cross functional department. 

· Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for new equipment. 

· Responsible for handling of all breakdowns, repair and maintenance on time to time. 

· Responsible to maintain all the tools, stores and equipment related to engineering. 

· Improve health and safety policies and procedures 

· Responsible to support for new installation of equipment and qualification of the same. 

· Implement the safety equipment and safety precautions while taking the engineering activities in the site. 

· Responsible for maintenance of fire extinguishers and water hydrants. 

· Responsible to monitor WFI system and timely support for any issue and regular maintenance of the same. 

Mandatory BTech or MTech or equivalent degree from a recognised university

Experience  Required:- 3- 4 years

Salary 3000- 4000 SAR
