Education/Training:- Mandatory: MBBS with valid registration with respective state medical council. Desirable: MD/MS/DNB/Diploma.

Job Description:- required Duty Medical Officer initially work from home.

POSITION NAME: Duty medical officer (Physician) (MBBS)
REPORTING TO: Clinical Affairs Manager
What you'll do
(Job duties/work duties expected from you)
- Manage the Clinical escalation (within the framework of National Telemedicine
Practice Guidelines and applicable laws/ rules)
- A reasonable degree of care
- Escalate & communicate the patient-related clinical issues to the treating
a doctor or internal specialized doctor wherever required
- In case of emergency, coordinate with treating team (treating doctor &
hospital)
- Guide patient transfer to hospital, if required
- Interact and communicate with the Doctors from the client's end and follow
the agreed clinical process & protocols for patient care management.
- train, guide, and monitor the care team on the process and protocols of the
care plan.

- Keep him/herself updated with the latest development in medical science via
continuing medical education (CME)
- Ensure Care plan adherence
- Review the Care Coach documentation
- As per national telemedicine guidelines
- Oversight of consents
- Clinical notes auditing of the patients in real-time and feedback training of
the same.

- Coordinate with Pathways in the pre-implementation phase to develop a
project-specific care plan
- Preparations of escalations for new CP
- Training:
- Training of CC
- Reviewing CCs work
- Conducting sessions of CC presentations as a part of CC CME
- Share input/ feedback with Pathways on care-plan improvement for ongoing projects
- Any other responsibility assigned by Reporting Manager
- Client clinical engagement:
- Flexible to work in shifts
