Driver

Qualifications:
 Diploma or Secondary school
 Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 Years
 With valid driving license
 Good English communication
 Age between 23-35 years old

Work Scope / Job Responsibilities:

 Drive vehicle for official travel and business.
 Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external.
 Ensure punctuality and safe transport.
 Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations.
 Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
 Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty
 Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
 Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times
 Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
 Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturer’s specifications
 Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses,
mileage, at end of each month
 Load and unload organizations merchandize
 Precisely finish all paper work connected with conveyance of merchandize
 Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured
 Answer clients’ inquiries as brilliantly as could be allowed
 Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by Supervisor or the Manager
 Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the Supervisor /Manager/ HR Dept.
 Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
 Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code/ Uniform.
 Perform some other tasks as instructed.
